In a recent agreement with Arysta Lifesciences, the world’s largest privately owned crop protection company, Ospray will distribute the established Arysta products and those in development across Australia and New Zealand.

Products include well known brands such as Select, a leading grass weed herbicide which has risen in prominence.

Mr John Harvey, Managing Director of Ospray said “The products will be available in the Ospray portfolio to our distribution partners around Australia which is backed by a national sales network, marketing and technical expertise and the extensive formulating and quality control program at Wyong, NSW,”  he said

John sees clear advantages for Ospray with the new arrangement. “Apart from the current product range, there are new molecules coming along which further strengthen Ospray’s brand and product portfolio beyond its generic competition” he said

OSPRAY LTD EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR OF ARYSTA LIFESCIENCE CROP PROTECTION PRODUCTS

 Cary, N.C., 29th April, 2010 - Arysta LifeScience and Cheminova are pleased to announce they have reached an agreement by which Ospray Pty Ltd, part of the Cheminova group based in Australia, will be the exclusive distributor of the Arysta LifeScience portfolio of crop protection products in Australia and New Zealand. 

This agreement covers established and well-known products such as the herbicide Select® and products that are still in the development stage. As part of the agreement many of the products will be formulated at the Cheminova Pty Ltd formulation site in Wyong, New South Wales.
